Before I became involved in real estate I too bought and sold homes. I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the desk. And frankly, I did not have good experiences. 

If I had known about real estate what I know now – it would’ve been a very different experience with the purchase of my first home. I try and treat every client as if they were an extended member of my family. I personally know how stressful it can be and I try to explain as much as I can in detail. It’s a partnership/teamwork. My job is to educate the buyer/seller and guide them through the process. However, the end decisions are always my clients.

Having an experienced agent who has spent time and effort networking with other agents in the East Bay can really help you with the sale or purchase of your home. A known entity with other agents works to your advantage.

The process can be daunting or can be fun. I prefer fun. The first place to start is with a lender. Do you need help finding a lender? Let me refer you to some great options. Not all lenders offer the same rates or the same programs with FHA, VA, Bridge loans etc. It’s always good to get several quotes before you lock into a loan.
